New teachers face a seemingly endless set of challenges-classroom management, asessment, motivation, content knowledge, cultural responsiveness, inclusion, technology-just to name a few. Preparing for the profession can at times seem overwhelming. Teacher candidates may begin to see solutions to some of the anticipated challenges as they progress through a program of study but know that there are many that await them in their first classroom.
